WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, digital payments (cashapp and venmo), or we can process your credit card (through square, however there is a 5% processing fee). No checks, please!
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
Yes, our billing is mostly done by a flat hourly-rate. Depending on how many movers your job requires, location, mileage, etc. Please contact us for a specific quote!
The only exceptions are heavy, specialty items (such as pianos, and 200+lb safes).
Additionally, we charge a flat-rate if we provide the moving truck for your project.
DO YOU OFFER VIDEO CONSULTATIONS?
Absolutely, and they're encouraged! The more videos/photos you provide, the more accurate our quote will be. Sometimes a move might appear simple, but if our guys don't have access to a freight elevator, or if they have to walk a couple hundred yards with all of your items... that obviously will add some time to the job. The more thorough you are in the beginning, the better we can prepare for your job.
